A neighborhood favorite since opening in February 2010, McGuire’s Smokehouse offers a casual, family-friendly atmosphere, affordable prices and delicious smoked meats along with original menu items.
Every meat on the menu is slow-smoked over sweet hickory in a one of a kind rotisserie smoker. Even the chicken wings are smoked to make them the tastiest in Johnson County.
At McGuire’s we don't drown meat meat in BBQ sauce (although, that too, is very tasty). Instead, we proudly allow the smoke flavor to stand on its own. Locally known for our ribs and burnt ends, you should stop in and choose your own favorite. If you’re looking to try something different, try the smoked chicken breast or link sausage. Both are absolutely fabulous and rapidly gaining popularity!
In addition to awesome meats, our Smokehouse offers a variety of home-made menu items to complete your meal. Try the Spicy Red Beans and Rice, Smoked Edamame Mixed Vegetables or Calico Baked Beans as a side-dish to your lunch or dinner. If you can't decide, ask a member of our helpful staff what they recommend, but don't be surprised if each one gives you a different answer. We all have our favorites!
McGuire's Smokehouse offers counter service at lunch and full table service at dinner. You can also call or stop in to hear about our catering options. For your takeout convenience, order online then just pick up at our drive-thru window.
